Drop of Dew
Counselling
where healing flows naturally
Providing counselling services in person in Edmonton and virtually across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Territories.
what to expect..
Much like the dew in Marvell’s poem, processing trauma requires a delicate, quiet reflection. I utilize EMDR and nervous system regulation to facilitate a gentle, sustainable unfolding of your story. Together, we move at a natural pace to ensure your healing is as deep and restorative as the morning mist.

Questions, gently answered
What are your fees and do you offer a sliding scale?
Standard individual sessions are $200 CAD per 50 minutes. I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots to ensure therapy remains accessible; please reach out to discuss current availability.
Where are you located and do you offer virtual sessions?
I provide in-person therapy at my cozy Edmonton office and secure virtual sessions for adults across Alberta. Both options offer a safe, confidential space for your reflection.
What does it mean to be 'under supervision'?
As a mental health therapist under supervision, I work closely with an experienced registered counsellor. This ensures you receive the highest standard of trauma-informed care and clinical insight.
Who is your ideal client?
I work best with adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, and emotional regulation. My approach is particularly suited for those seeking a gentle, depth-focused path toward understanding themselves.
How does the waitlist work?
When you join the waitlist, you'll receive priority notification as soon as a spot opens up. I process these intentionally to maintain a sustainable pace and high quality of care for each individual.
What can I expect in our first session?
Our first meeting is a gentle introduction. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, and how we might work together to create the ripples of healing you’re looking for.
Opening June 1, 2026
Limited spots. Priority given to waitlist members in the order joined. I'm taking on a small initial cohort of 8 weekly clients to begin. The waitlist is currently open - joining now means you'll receive a personal email from me the week of May 26 with available session times before public booking opens.
“Reflection is the gentle space where healing begins, it is the drop of dew that nourishes a new beginning.”

You might be in the right place if…
you’ve learned to hold everything together, even when something inside feels unsettled
parts of you feel distant, like they don’t quite belong anywhere
you move through life functioning, but feel quietly disconnected underneath
you’re not looking to be fixed—just understood, gently and fully
